What happens when you contact Mojo?

  1. Share your notice and roof photos. Tell us the town, which roof areas were flagged and any deadline or specific wording from your insurer.
  2. We evaluate the roof. We review roof condition, moss coverage, water access, equipment access and whether cleaning is appropriate. Damaged or unsuitable roofing may need a roofing contractor instead.
  3. Receive a defined proposal. Your estimate explains what will be treated and what photos or documentation can be supplied.
  4. Treatment and documentation. After a scheduled service, we can photograph the treated areas for your records. Thick moss may require time, weathering, or additional work before it visibly releases.

Common questions

Will all the moss be gone on the same day?
Not necessarily. Treatments target organic growth, but thick moss and lichen can remain attached initially. We will explain likely outcomes for your specific roof before you book.

Will my insurer accept the work?
Only your insurance company can decide. We can provide evidence of the services performed, but cannot guarantee compliance or coverage decisions.

Do you use a pressure washer on asphalt shingles?
Our roof-cleaning approach uses low pressure and roof-appropriate treatment rather than aggressive high-pressure blasting of shingles.

Can you clean my house or gutters too?
Yes. Ask for a combined estimate; including multiple services in one visit may reduce setup and travel duplication.
